Often when I see a bride beginning to stress on her wedding day, I tell her that at the end of the day, she will be married to the man she loves; that’s what is important. Luda did not need this reminder. The love that Tyler and Luda have for each other was obvious at their sweet and simple Monterey ceremony.
On the night Tyler proposed, he took Luda to Scott’s Seafood in Folsom. Before they went in, he insisted they walk down to the water. It was here that Tyler got down on one knee and asked Luda to marry him. Tyler jokes that if she had said no, at least he could have pushed her in the river. “What made you say yes to Tyler?” I asked Luda. “Look at him. I’m so lucky.” She said that when you marry someone, you spend the rest of your life with that person. How could she not have Tyler for the rest of her life? Tyler puts it simply, “I love her, and I wanted to marry her.” So on the coast of Monterey, these two committed themselves to each other. If Tyler had said no, Luda planned on pushing him in the water.
Congratulations you two!
